Kansian Canadian Day

I had the second annual Canada Day in Kansas this past Sunday. Nothing too big, just a couple of friends over to drink some beers and Canadian car bombs. Good times were had by all. Andrew and I got done with work at 2:30 that day, so he stopped by right after work and we enjoyed the first beers of Canada Day, He is holding his and I had to take the picture, so mine is on the table. A couple of hours later, Darrick stopped by and I told him that if he was going to come over he was going to have to wear my cowboy hat. There really wasn't much argument from him. He wouldn't let anyone else wear it and he proclaimed himself to be 'The last gay urban cowboy'. Where the gay part of the name came from, we don't even know...it just came out of his mouth.
Not long after, Josh showed up to just drink because, well that is what Josh does. He thinks himself a big drinker and we let him have that little thought just to keep him happy.

And last but not least, the two that had to work until ten o'clock that night finally showed up...Travis and Angie. It took them no time to grab a bottle and join in the fun. The last photos: Darrick, Travis, Angie, and Andrew's Labatt Light bottle that makes Darrick look like he has a beer bottle for a body. The last gay urban cowboy enjoying some Canadian goodness. I didn't discriminate when I purchased the beer. You had your choice of Labatt Blue and Labatt Light. I cater to all.
