Milk Duds

I just opened a small box of Milk Duds for a quick snack.  The little ones you get in the huge bag of halloween candy.  I enjoyed them as a kid, and still enjoy them.  Anyway, the box I just opened had one milk dud.  one.  What the hell?  

If I were a little kid who busted their ass walking around and trick or treating and opened a box of milk duds that only had one milk dud in it, dude.....  Heads would roll.  I don't know how, but I would make it happen.
